For training centres and career programmes
CV management for organizations and teams.
Give your team one focused workspace to create, update and export great CVs for the people you support — with less admin and more consistency.
Profiles, not extra logins
Create a profile for each person you support. They do not need an account, password or email address to have a CV your team can work on.
Your whole programme in view
Find, open and update every CV from one dashboard. See recent changes at a glance and keep the work moving.
Professional exports, built in
Export ready-to-send PDFs, or use Markdown and JSON Resume when your workflow calls for structured data — without changing tools.
Support people across languages
Work in English, Italian or Spanish and prepare translated CVs without overwriting the original version.
From request to workspace in three steps
- 1
Create an EasyPeasyCV account, or sign in with the account you already use.
- 2
Tell us about your organisation and the people you support. Every request is reviewed by a person.
- 3
Once approved, invite your team into a dedicated dashboard and start creating profiles right away.
Your organisation's CVs stay private
Platform administrators manage organisation access, not the CV content you keep. They can see the organisation, its owner and profile totals — never the CVs themselves.
Questions before you start
Who is organization CV management for?
It is designed for teams that help other people prepare CVs and need a shared workspace to manage profiles and documents.
Does the organization area replace my personal account?
No. You use the same account and request access to the organization area. Activation is reviewed separately; your personal CV remains in your own area.
Do managed CVs become public pages?
No. Profiles and CVs in personal and organization areas require authentication. They are not included in the public sitemap or published as guide content.
